Tried-and-tested warewashing technology, more sustainable formulations: Green Care Professional expands its dishwashing range
Green Care Professional’s range of mechanical dishwashing products is being expanded to include two new products. The formulations of Energy bar and Brillant bar have been optimized and are particularly suitable for use in small and medium-sized dishwashers, as well as in glasswashers.
High-performance cleaning for professional kitchens
The combination of Energy bar and Brillant bar enables professional users in the catering, hospitality, institutional catering and other commercial sectors to achieve high-performance yet more sustainable tableware cleaning, particularly in smaller dishwashing and glass washing systems.
Energy bar delivers excellent cleaning performance across all water hardness levels. The product reliably removes even stubborn dirt and dissolves grease, starch, coffee and tar residues. At the same time, its special formulation prevents limescale build-up in the machine, thereby supporting its long-term performance. The product is free from NTA, EDTA and phosphates. As well as its powerful cleaning performance, Energy bar offers excellent value for money. Thanks to its high concentration, the cleaner can be dosed from as little as 0.5 g/l using the handy dosing bottle.
The Brillant bar rinse aid completes the system. Its formula, based on sustainable surfactants and natural alcohol, ensures rapid drying and a streak-free shine on crockery, cutlery and, in particular, glasses. The innovative combination of active ingredients is largely based on plant-based raw materials and is optimized for soft to medium-hard water.

Sustainability without compromise, combined with enhanced performance
Whilst professional users can continue to rely on high standards of cleaning and rinsing performance, they also benefit from more effective formulations that meet high environmental standards. Both Energy bar and Brillant bar have been awarded the European Ecolabel, contain no ecotoxicologically harmful ingredients and are fully biodegradable in accordance with OECD 302 B. Furthermore, both products contain surfactants derived from renewable plant-based raw materials.
